The THEO methodology, diagnostic tools and consultancy-led implementation are fully operational. We are currently working with our first cohort of pilot organisations to challenge, implement and refine the framework in real conditions. This is hands-on, supported work. It makes it stronger and more meaningful.
Phase two: in development
The THEO platform — a dedicated, cloud-based operational management system that brings all eight elements into a single source of truth — is currently being built. Pilot organisations working with us now will have direct input into how the platform is designed and priority access when it launches.

The THEO diagnostic assesses your organisation across all eight operational elements, producing a precise, evidence-based picture of where you're strong, where the gaps are, and where the weak links are costing you.
It starts online: the diagnostic quiz takes approximately fifteen minutes and is free. Once complete, we'll work through your results together in a one-day onsite session, identifying your first priority and producing a clear, practical action plan for where to begin.

Not every organisation needs a full operational overhaul. Sometimes you know exactly where the problem is — and you just need a structured way to fix it.
THEO offers a variety of targeted diagnostic and improvement tools for the operational functions that cause the most disruption across NFPs, the most common being:

This is not a software installation. It is a guided operational transformation, supported by The Ops Workroom consultancy. A full implementation typically takes six months to a year by design to improve the uptake. Operational infrastructure that works takes time, carefully assessing and updating each element at a time.

About our pricing
We tailor our pricing in consultation with each organisation, according to size and complexity. We intentionally keep our costs accessible — because the NFP sector has been underserved for too long and operational infrastructure shouldn't be a luxury.
As a guide, a one-day onsite review of your assessment results is priced at $1,000. All other pricing is discussed directly, with no obligation.
