THEO is being built in real time. We want to hear your thoughts about operations!

a) Do you have a single place where all your active contracts and funding agreements are recorded, and does everyone who needs to know have access to it?
b) When a contract or funding agreement is due for renewal or acquittal, does your organisation find out in advance — or only when it's already urgent?
c) If a key staff member left tomorrow, would someone else be able to pick up their contracts and funding responsibilities without losing ground?
d) Can you say with confidence what conditions, reporting requirements and deliverables are attached to each of your current funding agreements, and if they are up to date?
e) When you submit a funding acquittal or compliance report, is it based on information you already have — or does is it a scramble to find it?

a) Does every person in your organisation have a current position description and workplan that accurately reflects what they actually do and how their work is measured?
b) When someone's performance isn't meeting expectations, does your organisation have a clear and consistent way of addressing it — and is it used?
c) Can your teams connect what they do every day to the organisation's purpose and strategic priorities?
d) If you asked your managers how they supervise, develop and support their people, would you get consistent answers — or would it depend entirely on the manager?
e) When someone joins your organisation, do they receive a structured onboarding experience that sets them up to perform — or do they mostly figure it out as they go?

a) If someone needed to find the most current version of an important document right now, would they know exactly where to look?
b) Does your organisation have a clear, shared system for naming, storing and organising its documents — and does everyone actually use it?
c) Are the policies, procedures and templates your team are working from current, approved and consistent across the organisation?
d) When a staff member leaves, does their institutional knowledge leave with them — or is it documented somewhere accessible?
e) If you were audited or asked to demonstrate compliance tomorrow, could you locate the evidence you need quickly and without stress?
